Customers are only eligible to receive WISH Gift Card once appointment with WPS financial consultant has been attended and completed (including the full completion of client data questionnaire). To attend appointment, customers must satisfy WPS's client qualification criteria. Final qualification is determined by WPS. The WPS client qualification criteria are: customers must have household income of at least $60,000 p.a.; customers must own a property or have mortgage on a property. If customer is married, both spouses must attend appointment. The first consultation is free of charge, however an initial advice fee, $650 (inc GST), will be payable if customer wishes to proceed with WPS's services. In-home appointments are only available within 100km radius of WPS's CBD offices. This offer is not available to existing WPS clients, WPS employees or employees within Propel Consolidated Holdings Pty Ltd.
