The Honourable Shane Stone AC PGDK
QC - Chairman
Shane Stone is the Executive Chairman of Mayfair Limited (UK) in Australia, the owners of the WPS Financial Group. Shane has, at various times, acted as a non executive independent director to various public and private companies. He has a strong background and track record in the export of Australian commodities.
In his public life, Shane formerly served as Chief Minister of the Northern Territory and Federal President of the Liberal Party of Australia.Shane was a barrister prior to his entry into politics. He is a Fellow of the Australian College of Educators, Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He was made a Companion of the Order of Australia in the Queen's Birthday Honours List 2006. He has also been conferred national awards from Indonesia and Malaysia.
Graham Lello B.ACC (Hons)

Graham Lello is the Chief Financial Officer of Mayfair Limited (UK) in Australia, the owners of the WPS Financial Group. Graham graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting with honours from Stellenbosch University, one of South Africa's top 4 universities in research. Graham started his accounting career with South African conglomerate and multinational Barloworld in South Africa. He subsequently moved to London where he worked for Anne Street Partners Limited as CFO and London Town Group Plc as Group Financial Controller. Anne Street is a corporate finance and private equity house that evaluates investment propositions for investors.
Graham has extensive financial and accounting experience across start ups, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, private equity funding and banking relationships. He has also worked on and led the flotation of a number of companies onto the London Stock Exchange, principally Digital Marketing Group Plc and Global Health Partner Plc.
Scott Gore DipFS(FP)- Chief

As the Chief Executive Office of WPS Financial Group, Scott Gore provides prominent management expertise to this rapidly expanding organisation. Scott is a driven and energetic self-starter with the clarity and confidence to succeed whatever the market conditions. He is a dynamic senior executive with a proven track record for building solid teams and operational foundations.
With decades of experience within financial services, marketing and relationship management industries, Scott combines the necessary attributes required to appropriately service our existing and potential WPS clients. Scott has been responsible for implementing major improvements to our processes and strategies, therefore enhancing the group's operation and improving our level of excellence. Scott is an authorised advisor and the former Clients Services Director. He has held a myriad of executive positions which have seen him administer numerous product and service developments.
Michael J. Adamson JP,

Corporate Counsel
Michael Adamson is Corporate Counsel of Mayfair Limited (UK) in Australia, the owners of the WPS Financial Group. Michael Adamson, an honours graduate from the prestigious Bond University Law School in Queensland, he is also an accredited specialist in Property Law with the Queensland Law Society.
Michael worked as an associate with Adamsons Solicitors, Gold Coast, Queensland after graduating. He is a former Adjunct Teaching Fellow at Bond University Law School specialising in Land Law, Property Law, Corporations Law and Legal Drafting. He is also an occasional guest lecturer for the Queensland Law Society on Land and Property Law. Michael brings to WPS Financial Group a strong background in banking, finance and prudential regulation. He has acted for various Australian Banks and other financial institutions preparing, executing and enforcing contractual agreements and securities.
Heino Ling

Heino Ling has over 30 years of financial industry experience across a broad spectrum of services and sectors. Heino's extensive management experience includes financial services compliance, investment and superannuation fund management and information technology. Heino is accredited as a Certified Practising Accountant and financial planning specialist, with qualifications including a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts (Actuarial Studies). His consciousness and expertise within the industry secures WPS as a conforming financial planning organisation.
As a respected contributor of CCH Master Financial Planning Guide 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009 his impact on WPS Financial Group has been significant, enhancing processes, documentation and aligning WPS with various respected industry bodies.
